Default One year anniversary....

We silly humans like to give significance to the first year mark of any particular event that has shaped our lives.

Today marks the one year of my official moment of singledom.

What a year....a year ago I never that I would be where I am today.....doing so well, recovered with the support of all my friends. Let's see what the next year brings

Next month is my one year of owning my home all by myself (well, I do have a roomate if that counts) . I am planning an anniversary housewarming party for October 13th in celebration. Details to come.

Congratulasions Marie!!! I skimmed through your old threads, and you've been through a lot since your surgery! This is a good day to mark, and celebrate!

And 1-year on the new house too... <applause-applause> to you!!!

I'm too far away to join your celebration, but will raise a glass of water to toast you!!!

Default Happy Anniversary, Marie!

Happy anniversary, Marie! It feels a bit strange to be congratulating you on the anniversary of the end of your marriage, but if I think of it as the anniversary of your liberation from an unhappy situation, then it makes total sense.

I am glad this past year has been one of tremendous personal growth and new freedom for you - you deserve it. I hope the next year is even better for you!

Thank you many times over for all of the experience, information, and wisdom you share with us here.
