Exclamation Relationships, Acceptance, and Sexual Attractiveness...

Many of you know of Bruce Underwood from his Chart system that many of us use to keep track of our weight loss. On his web site he has written some very interesting introspections on various topics. I have read the Relationships and Personal Acceptance area and thought I could pin-point each of the stages he describes in my own journey. Much of the information here will strike a cord with many of our readers and I think you will find your own nitch based on where on your own journey you are. I think his article can speak to all of us, no matter where we are on our roads.

Personally, I have to thank Mr. Underwood for such insightful and well thought articles and tools that have become invaluable to many of us here at TT!!

This guy's website is great! I've just spent 15 min. skimming around, and printing out articles! I really need to sit down, absorb it all and get my own head into these topics! Thanks Zen! Great link!

Very interesting....I went through those phases much as he describes them. Thankfully, I am finally at the end one, although sometimes momentarily resort back. Thanks Zen.

That article was very insightful. Thank you for sharing I have forwarded to my husband. Hopefully it will help him learn what I'll be going through.
