Jenni,

I would do 2 at a time, 3-4 times a day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and bedtime if it doesn't conflict with other meds (like iron). You can take your calcium at the same time as pretty much any other vitamin.

I like them, too...I am just not patient enough to open the darn packages everytime I need to take one.

It was great seeing you again. I'm glad you've joined us on the losing side.

You're welcome. I just hope that we can all learn together... and stay healthy. You are just as structured, ok, moreso than I am. You will do just fine

It was really great having you over! I love the directions our discussions take. Tracie, I learn so much whenever I am in your presence, and the lessons are presented with passion and wisdom. Thank you so very kindly for sharing your knowledge and grace with us.

Does anyone have an idea about where to focus our thoughts for next month's discussion? I welcome one and all to throw out ideas--we've had some really good discussion threads--what would you like to talk about? Would people like to do a potluck of bariatric friendly food? Those recipes sound mostly easy and tasty--anyone want to have a potluck dinner featuring our most favorite dishes that we are able to eat, or pick one from those that people have contributed to the forum?
