Default Wish I could help

I don't have any kids but this is one of the reasons I have been so scared to have them not only my physical health in pregnancy but I am scared I will pass this on to them too. I know when I was a kid anything I wanted I got. And I think I notice with my little cousins and friends kids its that they drink alot of calories. I mean juices, sodas, etc. Maybe just keeping the items in the house healthy. Fresh fruits and vegetables. The canned stuff has a lot of sugar. And water and milk in the house and real fruit juice not concentrate. Also Sugar free stuff for kids is no good. Well for meeh it gives meeh migraines. I am so against anything sugar free its chemically altered. And for kids I think it is no good. My cousin drinks diet she is overweight he is only 7 years old and she is hyperactive and hard to control most of the time. So, I am not an expert nor am I am mother but for meeh I think from when I was a kid I learned no Sugar Free, and only have water and real juices in the house. but physical activity is the main thing I hardly had any so I think he being active is the first step. I wish I would have played sports I always felt to fat to play like everyone would laugh at meeh. I dunno well I hope this helps. No one is perfect don't bet yourself up just do your best. Your daughter is so luck you care so much about her health
