Thumbs up I am well on my way!

Hello everyone!
I just stepped on the scale this moring and I just had to share my success! I am just over 4 months post-op, and so far I have lost 77 pounds!!! When I stepped on the scale today I weighed 190 pounds! I was 267 4 months ago when I went in for surgery! I am surely loving life, and I just can't get enough of running into people who I haven't seen for awhile! I went to the dentist last week, and they were all blown away! It is nice to get the encouragement and support from outside of the box!
Also, my son and I got memberships at the Cameron Family YMCA in Santee. It is a gorgeous new facility, and it is very family oriented. We love it there, and they offer several different classes daily. I have tried the water aerobics, yoga and a sweat and sculpt class and they are all great. We are going at least 3 times a week, and I can really see and feel how much it is helping!
I hope you are all having a wonderful day and getting closer to your goal, whatever it may be!
Crystal

Cool Good job Crystal

Hey there...you and I are about on the same page. I am just over 3 months out and this morning I was 195 on the scale for a total of 63 pounds gone forever. I feel great and the responses from people are nothing short of amazing. Good job, you are obviously doing something right. I can tell a difference w/the excersise also, especially in the 'ole bat wing area!!! I do an aerobic walking tape and try to walk 2/3 of a mile on top of that every day. I have to force myself, but feel much better when I do. Good for you. I would love to see you at the meeting.....6/16 east county. Karen and Sandi will have directions, hopefully because I'm sure I'll need them again =)

Default Good Job Crystal

congratulations.

I Was So Happy When I Got Below 200 Lbs For The First Time In Many, Many Years. I Am Getting Comments All The Time From People Whom I Work With And Friends At Church That I Don't See As Often. It Feels Good Most Of The Time And Sometimes The Attention Is Hard To Take In, Hehehe. I Just Say Thank You.

I Went To See My Family In Salt Lake City A Couple Of Weeks Ago And None Of Them Had Seen Me And I Am Down 115 Lb Since They Last Saw Me. They Were So Amazed. It Flet Good To Be With Them And Enjoy My New Self.

I Am Lovign My Walks That I Do 3-4x/week Now. I Have No Pain In My Back Like Ie Used To. I Am So Glad I Did The Surgergy.
