Thumbs up Happy Valentine's Day Everyone!

Billy and I wanted to wish everyone a very Happy Valentine's day! I have a wonderful evening planned for us tomorrow night.

He's going to feed the kids before I get home from work. They will take their shower as I'm cooking up our "dinner for two" and once the kids are done with their homework, we'll get a movie going in my son's room, while Billy and I have a romantic dinner...just the two of us.

I'm making his favorite appetizer, stuffed mushrooms, and the main course will include grilled shrimp with fettuccini pasta and white sauce. The sauce will be low in fat but high in taste with fresh herbs. I will serve delicious vegetables and we will have some white wine with dinner.

You know, I love cooking and it's funny to feel like I can eat what I'm making and then just take a few bites and be done. That's it! I'm not hungry anymore...I'm done.

Billy will be on the "loser" side soon, but for now, I wanted him to enjoy the deliicous meal in our "make shift" night alone.

I'm moving our dining room table to the living room, have romantic music on and the fire going in the fire place. Here's a picture that we just took of us.

Be happy everyone! You never know when Cupid will shoot his arrow your way!

Irela,

You two have a great Valentine's day. And Cupid? Keep those arrows to yourself! I am just not ready to go there again.
