only 7 things...... I'm going to have to cut my list down.....

1 Good husband.... I think....I guess I had better ask my wife first.
2 Fixing computers
3 Good boss.... Again I should probably ask my employees....
4 I used to be good at eating.
5 I'm good at making people laugh.
6 I'm a great cook. See # 4.
7 I'm good at interior decorating...... I have no idea where this skill came from.

Smile Re-Doing my list

It's been a while and found that I want to change my list a bit.. the first question was what are you great at, the second being what do you love about yourself.. lets see if I can answer both.

Things I am great at:

1. Problem Solving
2. Being a good Daughter (most of the time)
3. Being a great Auntie (all of the time)
4. Being a good friend
5. Back Rubs
6. Being the "rock" when someone needs to lean on me.
7. Putting others before myself.

Things I love about myself:

1. My sense of humor (even if it is a bit warped.)
2. My intelligence
3. My ability to love someone unconditionally (Never thought that would happen) And allowing someone to love me unconditionally as well.
4. My enthusiasm about most things.
5. My Pollyanna attitude, always trying to find a positive in the most negative situation.
6. The friends I have made. I know this isn't really something about me.. but my friends are a part of who I am and to me that counts.. right??
7. The fact that I am going back to school to better myself.

Default Whoohoo!

I LOVE the fact that Bridget unearthed this post! And, yes, I think things are different now, 82 lbs thinner, so here's my update:

Things I am great at:

1. Motivating myself and others (that's a new one!)
2. Learning new skills
3. Being supportive
4. Making people laugh
5. Being patient
6. Listening to my body (that's a new one!)
7. Putting myself first, so that I can adequately take care of others! (The grand-daddy of new ones!)

Things I love about myself: (I'm gonna try to make this all new!)

1. The body strength that I've developed in the last month.
2. My great mood that seems to be every day now.
3. That I am strong enough to face the truth about myself and...
4. ...that I'm determined enough to change when needed.
5. That I've survived A LOT of stuff, and can still love life.
6. That my body is changing every day into one of an athlete, and it's because I'm working at it.
7. That I no longer see obstacles to everything - I see possibilities.
