Smile Dude!

All I have to say (yeah right!) is that the East County Support Group meeting is the bomb! This is one of the best meetings ever!

I have to say after last nights meeting I FEEL GREAT! having everyone's input is so incredibly helpful. Knowing Im not alone on so many levels is comforting.

Last night I came home and went to sleep and actually was able to sleep throught the night.... got enough awesome rest that my eyes popped open at 4 am and I could not go back to bed...... nothing wrong, just feeling good!

Thaks again to all of you wonderful folks for listening to me, for providing feed back, for being an awesome amount of support. It doesnt matter if you are 5 weeks or 6 years post op or a pre op starting out your journey.... you are all a foundation of strength and support, and as I have said before, the wind beneath my wings! Thank you once again Pam, for strarting this up all over again...this east county support group is better than ever! ( The only thing missing is Kina and Karen ) I look forward to seeing all of you again next month... location to be announced!

Thumbs up The Meeting Rocked!

The support group meeting last night was awesome...even when we veered off-topic into labor and delivery for a couple of minutes! (Yeah, with very pregnant Mary Clipper there, it was just a natural slip!)

The honesty, fears and triumphs shared were so meaningful. It was even a little controversial at times, i.e., the whole carbonation debate!

Besides everything else we took from the meeting, everyone looked so WONDERFUL! Every month, it's the incredible shrinking friends!

If you missed the meeting last night, you missed a great opportunity to grow and share.

Sandi, Thanks for thinking of me, too. I really wanted to make it there with all of you, but I had to save $$$ on gas. Next time, I wanna go. I will be at the 2/17 meeting to see ya all.

I am battling a 3-day migraine now! I am so sorry to have missed the east county meeting last night. Pam, you're a doll for having it at your place. This migraine is kicking my a$$!!! My arms feel like pin cushions and have had to give myself 7 shots in the last 24 hours. In order for me to be able to sleep, my neurologist prescribed valium to take. I sure hope that works because I'm so sick of this migraine. I do plan on being at the support group on the 17th and hope to see you all there.

Love you all!
