Fashion Show - ThinnerTimes

My wife and I went to a WLS Fashion Show last night. It is where they show a picture of you before and then you get to walk the stage with clothes provided by different shops in the area. We were feeling a little scared about the surgery because we know it may be close but after watching the guys and gals walk down that stage we are no longer afraid. We both had tears in our eyes watching the change in the people and seeing just how happy they were. The DR.'s walked there lady patients out and were just as excited as there patients to see the change. As they walked out on stage the announcer told each ones story and what WLS meant to them. We are so stoked about the surgery now that I don't think we will have any problem doing the surgery or the Protien Drink diet for two weeks before. Just had to share in our real first WOW moment.

Who sponsered it? and how can we do that in San Deigo???

The Fashion Show was put on by Western Bariatric Institute (Western Bariatric Surgical Group). They had sponsors and News Channel 4 was there. I was awesome to see how really committed our surgeons are to their patients. It is wonderful to see just how happy people are after WLS.
