Talking I found it - CURE FOR THE BLUES!

I've been struggling with many things over the past few weeks and finally decided that I needed some help and have been posting on the forum like mad for the past few days. Well, guess what?!

I FEEL SOOOOOOO MUCH BETTER!

Honestly, if you're feeling down and out, anxious or confused, depressed or bitter, becoming someone else's cheerleader really, really helps. While searching for my own answers, I've been able to truly enjoy celebrating the successes of others. How can I possibly tell Kim, Tonya, Tracy, Pam, and Bridget how amazing they are and how proud of them that I am without realizing that those things apply to me too? We are all so quick to support and love one another, but many of us are still putting ourselves at the back of the line. Well, no more I say!

I'm so proud of everyone that I've met through Dr. Callery's office - you have added so much to my life, and I cannot imagine what the last 9 months would have been like without you. So, I've gone from bitter and depressed to inspired and motivated in a relatively short amount of time - thank you all for what you do for me!

Love, B

Kleenex time again. I swear I have gone thru a box today! It has been a kind of tough one and have been in tears a lot today. Maybe when it doesn't rip me apart I can talk to you all about it, but not now. I love you guys and the fact that everyone can put aside all the sh** in their lives to be there for one another is such a blessed gift. Barb, what can I say, you totally rock. Your posts are such an amazing blessing to me and so many others with your unselfish honesty. I want to be like you when I grow up. I love you to pieces my precious friend.

Dang girl you are good at turning on my water works over here. You know you are so right after yesterday and everything we were posting and reading how I'm in the same boat as so many of you I felt great. All night long everyone kept asking why I was in such a good mood. I even got told that it had been a while since I smiled like that. I just felt great about myself and all my wonderful friends. B I still hold to I want to be just like you when I grow up...LOL

I want to send a special thank you out to Christina, Barbara, Bridget, Pam Stacie, Kim and everyone out there on this Forum for all the wonderful support I've been given over the last 6 months. Thanks to all of you I know I'm going to make it at this and I'm not stressing (right now that is) failing the weight loss.

I love you all.

Default Barbara,

If anyone had any doubt about the power of support groups, I'm sure they won't now after the last couple of days. I'm still absorbing it all, not yet able to do the work, but getting closer to a full understanding of all that you put out there. I feel like a rose, removing one petal at a time to get to the core. I'm a work in progress. God love you Barbara! I thank you with ever bit of my sole.

Default Inspiration

Barbara and Ladies~
You all are truly BIG inspirations to us all! I know that people see what we have been through and what we go through because of the posts and I know that we are helping someone out there that is feeling the same way as us.

B~ Thanks for putting this out there. It's incredible at how much we really do care about one another and about ourselves. We're not being selfish, just well deserved, I guess you could call it.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!
