I LOVE the fact that you just took this thread and ran with it... Congratulations to all of you who've acknowledged how you've pushed your boundaries. I'm so happy that we're celebrating these things rather than pushing them down and continuing to neglect being proud of all that we have accomplished.
How I pushed my boundaries recently:
- This morning I approved my first "artist's proof" of a reproduction of one of my paintings. The printer who did the reproduction wants to show my original painting side-by-side with one of the reproductions at the opening of his new store in two weeks!
- I had an epiphany last night - I hang out with a lot of gay men and they haven't been able to keep their hands off of me for the past few months (it's all harmless, but they love to touch, hug, hold, and grope me!) Finally, last night I realized that if these mostly superficial, intensely body and beauty aware men are in love with how my body looks and feels, what makes me think a straight man won't?! I asked one of them what he thought of how my body felt - he said things like firm, strong, and hot and told me that it feels like I have a "six pack"... OH MY GOD!
How's everyone else doing?
