Question medications

Hi everyone and Merry Holidays

I have a few questions for you. I have been having this pain on the left side across my belly button. It feels like a big pin is sticking me. I called Kelly and she said that I may have pulled the muscle around the old stomach. I know that it can't be any stitches because they desolve. But when I move OMG it hurts Has anyone experience this?
I am also diabetic and Dr. Callery took me off all the meds except for Glucophage. No more insilin or advandia. Now my blood sugars are back up and my doctor said that if I dont get them down it will take longer for me to heal. So now I'm back to taking 2000mg of glucophage and started me on 10 units of insulin. Now the problem that I'm having with all this is how should I take it all?
I have glucophage 2 pills morning and night
monopril 1 morning/nite
betra 1 morning/nite
zantac 1 morning/nite
zoloft nite
child. vit daily
tums 2 morning/nite
B-12 1 per week
and today I start the actigal today (morning /nite)
Question is - how do you space taking them to where one dont interact with the other and not so stuffed.
I feel so overwelmed at times.
I will be calling Kelly this morning if she is in to ask her some of these questions and concerns but I would also like to hear from some of you. overall I fell pretty good.

Thank you all so much
Carolyn

Question Carolyn

Just pace your self... take them throughout the day... how about breaking them into 4 times a day... in the beginning I took my multivitamin and iron at bedtime, then calcium and zantac in the morning.... just space them out and you will do fine. I would take the majority of them at night before you get to bed, then you wont have to worry about "being stuffed." I remember that feeling all too well.

Regarding the stabbing pain, I got it, so did Kim (watergirl) on the left side, not only did it feel like you described it burned too.. but only when we rolled over a certain way, it wasnt constant.. is your pain like that too? It is a pain that most lap's get... were you open or lap? Talk to you soon sugar pea!

yes it is the same and I did have the lap. It is there when I move, turn or bending to sit or stand. I have to hold the area tight to move some times. How long will this last and what did you do.
Thank you for answering sooooo fast

Smile no problem

It lasts probably for at least 3 months... it lasts some time, the pain lessens but its there nonetheless.... I dont remmeber it going away... I just remember rolling over or bending and it NOT being there anymore. The pain should go away though if you stopping moving, rolling, bending in that direction... if its constant, there's something wrong. Good luck sugar pea!

Smile No Tylenol

No pain, no gain Carolyn... its intermittent, not constant. I dont see that Tylenol can prevent it. Also, when you change your position the pain goes away. Hey dont worry those who get that buring pain turn out totally hot! LOL Let me know if I can help ya out anymore!
