OMG, Mike!!! How the heck are you and Emmy?? We haven't heard from either of you in such a long time. I hope things are going well for both of you. Glad to see you back. Big hugs to both of you.

Thanks again for all the praise, it is such a great feeling to hit this milestone. When I had this surgery I said I would be happy ending up around 200 lbs and a size 16-18. I never imagined that I would lose this much.

Sorry I missed this post!! What an awesome accomplishment!! It seems like yesterday when we were all just pre-op sitting there at Dr C's office. Now look...you have had an amazing journey!!!

Pam, you are one of my inspirations that helps me know that I can do it. Double century seemed unfathomable when I started this journey but because of seeing people like you I have the faith that I can do it too! It won't happen in a year or maybe not even in 18 months but I believe it will happen for me too!! Double Century plus 5 is my personal goal.
