We are all so flippin mean to each other! Just another reason why this forum is sooooo important. It's a lifeline to sanity. My thoughts are with you.

I own a house in subs...Lansing...Closer to the Indiana border.

It really is sad that I moved out of Ill thinking smaller city, better schools, less crime and found that to be the total opposite. North Charleston, South Carolina has terrible schools and just as much crime as big cities like Chicago. I tried this move for my kids sake and it didn't work out so I have to suck it up and pack up and move back where we came from. The kids are actually excited to come back...I think my kids are smarter then I am, we were not here a few weeks and they were begging to go back, they hated it here from the start...Mama should of listened to them

This forum is my lifeline, I am so greatful that I have made such wonderful friends here. It is a blessing in todays age to meet people that you can share everything with!

Yep...life can suck no matter where you live....the several school shootings have occured at small, rural schools.....the causes and reasonings are complex, and we will never find the answers.

Since you're moving back home...does that mean you have some good family and friends around to support you?
