My thoughts and prayers are with you. What a horrible thing to have happen. I just can't even imagine what you and your family are going through. Please let us know how he is as soon as you are able to. Take special care.

I have you and those who have been affected by this in my heart and prayers. I hope the recovery is speedy and that they have caught whomever did this horrible thing!

I know it can be difficult, but try to remember to take a little time for you and your kids. You can't be there for your husband and your children if you are too exhausted to move. All my love HUGS!!!!!

Do I really want to be normal?? Having some body issues. Don't want to be too thin.

Default Update and a BIG Thank YOU!

Well my Dear Friends your prayers have worked! He is out of critical conditon and they have sent him home due to it being safer for him at home in his home enviroment (germs etc). So I am caring for him here, he is of course in alot of pain and is having trouble breathing and getting around but he is getting a little bit better every single day. It is hard to watch him struggle so much but I am just thankful he is home and alive. I am just watching for infections and of course fluid in his lungs but so far so good.

To answer some questions that I saw asked:

No they have no suspects, doesn't seem like they are even trying to find a suspect. The investigation was BOGUS - they turned it on me and said I shouldn't have been in a known crime area (Hello I just moved here like I knew I was in a high crime area) but that is a whole story in itself.

I thank each one of you for your prayers and positive thoughts they really helped. I will keep everyone posted~ THANKS again

I am SO happy that that everything is going better for you guys. I will continue to keep you and your family in my thoughts. As far as them not looking for people that's CRAP! It sounds like they are a little lazy if you ask me. Who cares how high of a crime area it's. He didn't do anything wrong. I still hope that they find the people that did this.

I'm so glad that your husband is home and recovering. I wish you all the best of luck, and I will continue to pray that his recovery progresses smoothly. I'm really sorry to hear about how the police in your area have treated this investigation. Take care of yourself and your family.

I'm so sorry this has happened to your family. the cops had the nerve to insinuate that this was YOUR fault??? Are they high? God, people are crappy to each other. This is one of the few places I know of where I can come to get real people caring about other real people.
