Default I have once agian stopped loosing

I am not sure if it is my strange body being stubborn or if I am doing something wrong. I lost 25 lb then stop loosing for 1 1/2 week. I then lost 16 lbs and now it will be 2 weeks since I have lost any wieght at all. The doctors says my wiehgt loss is good but why does it keep stopping????????????

I had my surgery on June 23 and I have lost 36 lbs forever.

Is there anything I can do to start my body loosing agian??

Your body is just catching up. When the rapid weight loss is slower, the weeks will even out a bit more. Make sure you get in your protein and fluids, avoid excess salt and you will start losing again. These are just stalls, not plateaus. Have confidence and please remind me of this when it happens to me again as well...lol. It is so easy to realize it for others and when it is you in the situation, you feel like you won't lose any more weight.

Thank you very much for making me feel better . Yes you are correct that is is easier to remind others of this then yourself. Somedays I feel like I will be fat forever. LOL

Default Give your body time

To readjust.Have you started to measure yourself. I have found when I hit a "stall" I am usually losing inches. Don't worry, I have always been a slow loser. So I figure as long as I am going down I'm good to go... I have gone from a 4X to a 1X or XL . Remember...
SLOW AND STEADY WINS THE RACE !
