Default July 19th...Need prayers

Hi all,

I am counting down the days to my hernia re-repair surgery. A little over a year ago, I had the original hernia repair...and then a few in between. I am getting nervous, but more anxious to feel normal again than anything. I know that my family and close friends are really praying hard for this to be the last surgery. I wrote earlier and my computer locked up, so here I go again.

I want to thank you all who have supported me along the way in the last 2 years here on the forum. You have all been my backbone and I can not thank you all for the wonderful support, thoughts, prayers, private messages, and just the love that I have received. I am truly blessed and really don't know how I could've survived without you all.

Pam, I am happy that we are sharing the day together...and know that I will be praying for you...and thinking of you as I am wheeled into the OR. I will be at Scripps Encinitas. Just know that I will be with you

Sandi, my podmate, I have to say that YOU are the reason why I can sleep at night. You have brought me out of my depressed days where I just could only hope the pain would subside. You are my angel, my bestest sista, my podmate, my shoulder to cry on....know that I am so thankful destiny brought us together. Thank you for getting me through.

To all of my wonderful friends here...I thank you in advance for all of the thoughts and prayers that you might say for me. I know I will need them especially in this last week of work. I am going nuts waiting. I think worse than wls surgery.

I am in great hands. My anesthesiologist will be there and I have faith in my surgeon. I can't wait. I can't wait to be well.

Love and hugs to all. Thank you with all my heart for everything.
Dale

By the way....I have managed to maintain a 10 pound weight gain....Doctor's orders for surgery. I feel heavier, but I know it is ok.

Dale you know my prayers have been with you since day one. I just wish there was more I could do for you. I know you have suffered enough and it is due time for you to be comfortable. Biggest hugs Dale.

I just wanted to let you know that you will be (and have been) in my thoughts and prayers....I'll light a candle for you this weekend for your upcoming repair surgery.

You are such a special, kind, sweet, beautiful person and I wish only the best for you! Take care and try to get some rest so you can recover quickly!

Dale,
This sounds like good news.
You are always in my prayers.

I am confident that you will be well and this will be the end of your pain and discomfort!

I hoped to meet with you for coffee some time, but we are always so busy. I hope you know how much I care about you and hope you the very best.
I am out of the loop regarding the financial situation of the surgery. Maybe you have kept it that way or I have just missed the posting, but if there is anything you need, please let me know. You can P.M. me, if you prefer.

Blessings,
R

I will be thinking of you and hoping you wake up and these troubles will be behind you. It is hard to face something with the feeling of uncertainty if it will help. Best of luck and let us know asap.
