Ok folks, I've got a friend who has perfected a Beef Jerky recipe and I have to tell you it's the most fabulous tasting Jerky! I'm addicted.. and it's very reasonable. I've got her to agree to send out samples to all you people who like Jerky. It's Teryaki flavored and a hot and spicy flavor is on the near horizon. So email, or PM me your mailing addresses and I'll have her send out a small sample so you can taste it. gr8eful@charter.net

I like moist jerky. Is her's dry or moist?

Jeanie, Her's is moist, and thick pieces. Her jerky is about 1/4 inch thick or just under dried. Hence my most current addiction to it, I always joke with her that I need a dime bag!

Hi to everyone who has emailed, and responded. It will be early next week when she gets the samples out. She has had such a huge response she has gotten a little backed up. To Dorothy I need an address... please do me a favor and send all responses to gr8eful@charter.net Then I can fwd them on to her. I started eating her Jerky and I can't get enough of it. I eat about 4-6 oz a day of it, I know that's probably not great for me but it's a huge protein source for me.
