Hair Loss/protien Help...... - ThinnerTimes

I am very concerned about hair loss, is it common? noticeable? PERMANENT? Also, should I just start drinking protien supplements just to be safe or should I consult my doctor first. I do not drink milk and a lot of dairy in general does not agree with me. Any help is greatly appreciated!

First of all, you always should ask your doctor first... secondly, hair loss is something that is very normal that could happen to you, BUT if you follow your vitamin instructions, you should not experiment it....
