Hello All,
Several of you have purchased Jerky from me in the past (thanks), but for those of you who are not familiar with me or my personal company this is for you. My name is Jerry Roca I am a 2.5 year post op patient of Dr. C's. After the surgery I needed some type of food that I didnt need to eat to much of that offered an excellent source of protien. It is then that I discovered Beef Jerky. The problem was the flavors on the market were not to my satisfaction. I decided to come up with my own marinades and make the Jerky myself. Since then I have continued to develop the idea and in the last 4 months I have been able to send the idea to massive production. (Over 50K packages sold in 4 months) The response has been overwhelming and I have been told by many (including members of this forum) that it is indeed the best tasting Jerky on the market. The other day I was on the phone with Bridget and she was chimping in my ear... chewing away and raving about your jerky! If you are still doing the free sample thing, I'd like to try some. But now that you have sold 50,000 packages you probably aren't! LOL I'll still see about going to the site and getting some! Good job on a great idea!
