Psst...I was a merchandiser for JC Penneys many years ago. If they still sell the jeans--chances are that they do--you could exchange them if Andy wants a pair that fits. If you return them, you could do so but expect that they will only give you the lowest sale price for them. Worth a shot unless someone wants them from here
