I have a box of 115 packets of UPcal-D (calcium citrate + Vit D3) single serve packets in original box (120pkts per box when bought new). These are great for travel and dissolve well in water and other liquids.

I also have 5 - 25 gram protein bullets (NeWhey brand) in fruit punch flavor.

Heads up on the UpCalD.

Vitalady.com recently posted on her site that the labelling on this product was misleading (it was also reported on Obesity Help + other WLS forums).

The amount of calcium shown (500mg) refers to the calciums salts and not the amount of elemental calcium.

Apparently, the packets and scoop gives 125mg of elemental calcium per serving.
