Hi ... I used to "hang out" here at Thinner Times, but have been away awhile.

I lived my whole life in So. CA (until 3 years ago), and my family is all still there. I'm in Oregon, ALONE. I hate it, and want to move back "down south".

My sister, niece & nephew are in Norco. My other niece, her hubby, and kids, are buying a home just outside Camp Pendleton. I want to get a place closer to her, I think, as she's pregnant, and I want to help with the kids.

I will need to sell my place up here, and will not come out of this very "cash rich".

I would need to probably get a mobile home (affordable), in a place with not REAL expensive space rent. Or an affordable townhouse that takes a small dog.

I'm just putting out "feelers" ... trying to find the places where I can be looking online since I'm up here ... besides Realtor.com, what would anyone suggest I look at?

Also, if you know of a place, my email is Suebeewon1@aol.com . I'm thinking Temecula, Fallbrook, Vista ... but whatever is AFFORDABLE (and not too bad an area) would work for me. I'm getting over any "pride" these days ... I just want to come home, and am quickly going broke up here. And WHY fight so hard up here, when I want to be nearer my family???

I live in Temecula and right now there is 2 houses for rent in my neighborhood. I know one is $1450- not sure how much the other is. I will get you the numbers and addys maybe they have pics online so that you could see them. Also try the paper.
