B-12 Patch!
9/3/09
Update! I recommend another B-12 patch, since I started this thread I have found one that is half the price and just as effective. Here is the link:
http://theb12patch.com/
Company: Healthy Habits - they have a full line of vitamins, etc.
AN ABSOLUTELY GREAT PRODUCT!!!
-------------
I am sick of the shots, and my surgeon said the patch was fine, and my pharmacist confirmed this. This is the one I got.
For product and ordering info, click the following link:

I am in no way claiming that this is better for everyone - just offering this up as my own opinion, at this time, as to how i get my B-12 and not have to inject myself!

How long do you leave the patch on CLaire? I take sublingual daily. I'm curious about this product.

Duckie, you leave it on for 24 hours.
It is the opinion of my surgeon (and that doesn't mean it is totally accurate) that the sublinguals are not fully absorbed. The patch is fully absorbed, and I do feel a bit of a kick from it.
I took the shots for a while, and didn't feel any energy difference at all (not bad, just not different). With the patch I definitely feel the idfference. Have done the patch twice, one week apart.

excuse me but my doc said i dont need any "extra" b-12 whats up with that? he says its in my bariatric iron mixture pills but geesh i would love more energy are the patches over the counter?
I saw the website and it says only 4 in a box (1 month supply) does that mean you leave it on for a week?

I was prescribed B-12 because my blood work showed I was low in B-12. I took the shots for a while, and went on the patch (which I think is more effective, based on how I feel). I wouldn't take B-12 unless your surgeon says it is necessary. You may just not be one that needs it. Not everyone does.
