It's about the size of a dime. You place the sticky side against your neck immediately behind an ear lobe - it looks like a tiny round nude colored bandaid.

Clarie, do you feel the once a week is enough, Ive found any many different opinions here on B-12.

My surgeon said 1000mg a week, and after feeling a little doggie for the first few weeks, I bumped it to every other day, and the energy picked up, but I have no idea if the B-12 did it or not.

For me once a week is enough - I feel very energetic, and I sleep well.

Well...for 2 1/2 years, my doc has not said I lacked any Bee's. Thanks to the soon to be ex and all of that drama....I now have to take my B's sublingually - 1000mg's once a week... Oh well...at least there are choices...thanks for letting us know about the patch, Claire!

Weird...because I have the exact same ones and I only have to take one every-other day. I was told only 500mcg per day.

Strange but the sublinguals just don't do it for me. I saw no raise in my B-12 blood work score until I started the patch. And besides, I feel so much better.

I believe the patch is 1200 mcg. I went from a total slug to high energy.
