all I can offer here is..its perfectly normal to be a bit nervous or anxious

take a bubble bath and try and relax and go to bed- hopefully you will sleep well - plus for me in my toddler brain it helps me to get to tomorrow faster..lol
kinda when you were small waiting for Santa to come..

good luck tomorrow and keep us posted, let us know how you are doing

Had my surgery 3 weeks ago tomorrow. I was anxious as well and it got worse throughout the day. I got a phone call from a preacher friend of mine and he said to think about how cool it is going to be a year from now when I am skinny! It made me laugh, but his words did allow me to look past the anxious moments that surgery day would bring and look towards the future!

You will do great!

I have never had a history of anxiety till recently, I just feel so nervous and am experiencing more anxiety than ever. I took at atavan this morning and another at noon. I will take another before bedtime to ensure I sleep well. Will the anxiety go away after surgery?

Althgouh harder to do than to say, try to relax and trust that your surgeon has everything ready for you, You need to have yourself relaxed and ready to do the breathing exercises, getting up and walking when they say,and paying attention to instructions, You will do just great...
Now try(if possible) to get some rest...

Best wishes for tomorrow..
