6 mo prego and for some reason not feeling fullness right away i been eating alot of oatmeal..and not even an hour later im hungry..also i feel ravenous..i ate some baked chicken and got full the feeling of stuck lol...(hate that) so i spoke with a friend and she said oatmeal and yogurt are slider foods they are like calories i dont need and slide right down my pouch this is the reason for my hunger..I'm so scared to be huge again i get scared to eat..and also 4 mo after i had the surgery i have bulimia and i feel like im not worthy to eat at times..or guilty..why do i feel this way???im kinda lost as to eat what?make sure my lil gurl will be nourished properly and me as well without gaining or stretchin pouch im so frightened...plz help ~roxy~

Ok hun let's try taking this one at a time.

Define "alot" of oatmeal? Oatmeal and yogurt are "slider" foods meaning they don't stay in your pouch very long because they are soft but depending on what kind they are they are not empty calories at all. Sugar free oatmeal and greek yogurt are good for you and your baby.

If the chicken you ate felt stuck it could be that it was not chewed enough maybe? Chicken will make you feel fuller longer because it's a solid food and you will be able to eat less of it as well.

You and your baby need nutrition. Are you still struggling with the bullemia? Stick to protein and ask your doctor for a range of calories while you are pregnant.

Please don't just let this continue.

Well said AF Wife! I wish I had some words of wisdom for you Roxy! I still struggle with food all the time let alone with the pregnancy hunger going on. I wish you the best.....I dont have to tell you how nutrients are more important than ever right now! BTW congrats on your pregnancy!
