I'm in Michigan. I'm down in Grand Rapids and 3 1/2 years postop. We have a couple people on here from the UP who had Dr English and several from the eastern side of the state.

Welcome to the forum! Feel free to ask me any questions. I'm not here all the time but I never mind getting a pm.
