Try brown rice and they have whole wheat pasta that are not as bad.....small amounts and not everyday....I have been craving salads and meat....I have 2 weeks left before i can eat solids.

Trader Joes has delicious chili - turkey and chicken flavor. You'll earn between 19 and 21 grams of protein per can.

Personally, I couldn't digest rice or beans for nearly 2 years post op. Pasta took about a year.
