I'm here! Mean as ever although the new lil Nugget in my life is putting an end to my attitude issues. Its hard to be pissy when you have such a wonderful blessing counting on you for everything.

How is Lancaster? I wanna see pics and hear stories! How did the boys adapt to school? Did they like the snow? Have you taken any road trips?

Details!

Hi Jeanie, thanks for the kindness. Yeah, they can 'basket' them, when they are in the ureter and can no longer be smashed. It's not the favorite way to get them out, but once they get into the ureter, they can't be smashed anymore. I have an appt for Friday morning to get them smashed, provided they stay out of the ureters until then. You can't imagine how much I look forward to being under general anesthesia for awhile--just for the break!

At least with this being the weekend and a rather new thread, it'll be gone before many people see it and start flaming me for whining and talking about my pain and suffering yet again, when there are lots of people who have horrible pain who don't go on and on about it like I have.

Jeanie, thank you for all the encouragement you always give me, even though we almost never get to see each other (something I would really love to change!). You are such a good friend, bless your heart!

Hey if people don't want to hear that you are in pain then they should not read it. There are lots of people here that care and want to know how you are doing even if it is to say how much pain you are in. That's what friends are for. Don't get my pregnant blood boiling!

JEANIE, JEANIE, JEANIE!!! Are you with child, Love???!!! I know you were trying, but did you truly get blessed? I am soooooo happy for you! Tell me about it!

Tammy, thanks for your wonderful friendship. Seeing you and 'Nugget' was really delightful last Tuesday. It was absolutely enchanting watching you and Brandon together. It was the picture of 'mother love'! btw, I'm a little confused about the rest of your message. Maybe it was meant for someone else?

Default Doing really well.

Hi Bridgett,
My life is wonderful, I have finally lost a couple of lbs and near my goal weight. It seems, if I look at food the weight starts to climb. As the shrink says. "The expectation of being perfect is killing me."
My daily walks have added to the quality of my life.
Dave, Chauncey and I do sunday hikes at Mission Trails. I wish we could get more Losers to join us . It is a wonderful hour of support and mild exercise.

Hi Donna,

I wanted to let you know that you are not alone. I read your post and can relate to what you said. I feel like my pain controls my life and it decides my every move. It is a very, scary feeling and I can't stand living like this. I wish there was something that I could say to make you feel better and I can't even help myself. I giggled and have to agree when you said the pills were laughing when you swallowed them. That is how I feel when my doctor gives me meds and they are SUPPOSED to work.

Sending lots of hugs, strength, prayers, hope, smiles....and LOTS of faith to you. I am in the same boat with you.

Donna, I feel so bad for you. It sucks to be in pain...and broke on top of it. I'm glad the "care package" I sent you helped, but wish I could do more. I will try to send you more samples as soon as the drug reps make another appearance in our office. Hang in there...and I'll be praying you get some relief soon. xoxoxo

Oh, Sweetie, I'm so happy for you! btw, it always only takes once....it's how many times you have to try to get that 'once'!

So is this your first baby? Have you found out the sex of your lil critter yet? Are you feeling well? I'm so thrilled for you!

Take good care, Love, and welcome to the post GBS baby club! (I'm thinking you're number 7--correct me if I'm wrong!)

What happy happy news!
