Happy rebirthday to you as well! I posted nearly the same thing in another thread! You look just wonderful. Sometimes it seemed like our date would never get here, and now it feels like the year has just gone by so fast.

I went out, but actually ended up at a club down in San Diego.

I would love to know, if you feel like revealing this, what has changed in the last year for each of you? How has life changed?

I think I'm just a little more content with myself...and a little more confident. The changes have been both subtle and extreme...I still have quite a way to go...but I am no longer driven by hunger...I don't always look for a place to sit down when I get somewhere, because my back and hip and knees and ankles hurt so awfully...they still hurt sometimes, but not like they did. I have more energy for fun with my family, and projects around the house. Other changes in my life over the past year had less to do with me, and more to do with my work...we all work from home now, so that's nice...I'm spending more time with my son, who just graduated from high school and is college bound next month, thank God he'll be going to Community College first...I'm not ready to be an empty nester.

Lynda, these are wonderful changes!!! I'm so glad to see that you are a happier, more contented you.

I know one thing for sure -- that you were right there to welcome me when I joined this forum, and you are such a huge giver of your heart. Thank you for that.
