1st Dumping I think???

Ok, so, I think I just had my first experience with dumping. And guess what it was from??? Brownies and Ice Cream, my favorite dessert? NO Spaghetti and Meatsauce a strange craving that has come up lately? NO Ooooh a big juicy cheeseburger? NO How about it was from some doggone Citric Magnesium!!!! Nothing I even enjoyed! How you like them apples??? Awww hell nah! I could see if I fell off the bandwagon, but all I'm trying to do is get my LOCKED UP BOWELS TO MOVE!!! The PA at my Dr's office suggested I try it to help me go. I was kind of wary because I've taken it before and it caused cramping. With my pain starting to really ease up, I was not looking forward to more possible discomfort! I sure wasn't thinking it would cause dumping! Maybe I drank it too fast. It's not the most pleasing taste.

So, I was trying to get it down. Well, lo and behold when I sat it down and was getting ready to take another swig, I started to feel like I was about to throw up! Then my stomach started cramping and I started sweating like a hooker in church! oooohhh LAWD am I dying??? Chile, I started breathing like I was going into labor and I have never had a baby! LOL Slowly it started easing, but it was no joke! I tell you what, this episode will surely make me think twice before I attempt to THINK about eating anything I KNOW I shouldn't.
