Well I did it again!!! Thinking we need an I did it thread...
I joined Golds Gym and just successfully finished 1 hour of cardio and upper body weights. My arms are killing me...tomorrow will be cardio and bottom half..
I am just chugging along now!!! I can do it I can do it I can do it!!!
