6/19/09 diagnosed today with mailgnant melanoma

Well I have had a rough day...today I received the call that I have skin cancer- being that I am 32 with three kids its kind of freaked me out a bit. Im gonna be positive though- the doctors are going to remove it and we will discuss what my next course of action will be- they think we caught it early enough.
I am posting this here as I think and hope someone reads this... as heavy people we have all avoided taking off clothes and have kept covered up for years (at least for me) so please everyone get to your dermatologists and get checked out routinely- have your spouse or SO look u over for any weird marks or darks spots, crusty whatever- mine is on my back and my upper leg just at the base of my butt (weird spot) I remember getting burned really badly there maybe 10 years ago in my bikini days-

	sorry to hear on your diagnostic...i will pray fo your recovery and hope they have caught in on time. Hang in there us women are strong.
