Got approved and a surgery date!

Wow, I can hardle believe that in less than two weeks I will going in for surgery. I feel excited and scared all at the same time! 
I think I have been doing all the right things, working out, eating one meal a day, drinking the shakes. I pray that it will all go smoothly.
Starting weight 301 now 278 hoping to be at 272 before surgery.

you lost 23 pounds without the operation and i bet you will do even better after the operation...keep up the good work. |

Wow congrat on you date and weight loss. just had a quick question why haeve you replace 2 meals with your shakes, is this part of your required Pre-op? I just receive my date but it not until 4/29 and wonder if maybe I should try the same?
