Well last week was kind of rough. Last Thursday I hit 136.0. I was so depressed. This morning I am at 131.6 so I'm feeling a little better about that.

I went last night and bought a used rickety old treadmill. It's not as nice as the one I use to have, but it's better than the one I've had for the last year and a half (which is none) and the price was right. $50 bucks and $20.00 for gas to go get it. Oh well, until I can afford a new one, it will do. My goal is to do a mile in the morning and a mile in the evening. I'm hoping to tone up my legs again. Chair butt has set in and I don't like it. Bought this cute little swim suit at a garage sale (boy shorts) but the top of my thighs touch, so I won't wear it in public. I'll have to log my measurements and see where things go.

Well I did a mile this morning in about 21 minutes. Kept my mouth shut and breathed through my nose. I didn't get to do another mile tonight because as usual life gets in the way.

I figured out something about myself too. I keep thinking how is it I can't get motivated to do the exercise bike or my weight machine again, but I can push mow in the heat for a couple of hours? Instant gratification. I can see the progress of mowing grass and see the goal nearing. With the exercise it's slow to see results and discouraging to exercise and exericse and not see any physical changes for such a long time. Yep! I'm pretty sure that's a good part of it. Hopefully, now that I've got a treadmill again I will want to pick up the pilates and the exercise machine again. The elipictal well I HATE IT!!!! I may throw that in every now and then for the arobics it gives. Time will tell.

Tomorrow's a new day and being Saturaday, I hope I will find a little time in the afternoon to start establishing a routing again.

Well I did my mile this morning, but again did not do it this evening. We went fishing for about 6 hours today and I got a nasty sunburn. So when we got home, we ate supper and I fell asleep, now it's too late. I will try again tomorrow.
