Well today is Tuesday, May 13, 2008. I've decidied to try to keep a journal to make mysellf accountable for my eatting habits, exercise and the like. Hopefully giving me a chance to examine my daily routine and change up a few things that I know I need to change.

Carnation Instant Breakfast w/2% milk, 190 Calories, 13 g protien
Campbells soup to go 80 calories, 4 g protien
Fluids:
2 cups coffee, 140 Calories, 24 oz fluid
4 oz diet coke
16.5 of water w/crystal light 10 calories
2) 16.5 water w/crystal light 20 calories
10 oz diet coke

see girl i SUCK i weighed in the same
i'm not understanding as you see i ate plenty of calories and what nothing! excersized my butt off AND mowed my grass and nothing. i hope tomorrow there is a change on the scale or once again i'm TOSSING it out I didnt do well on fluids but i will work on it today your doing good keep up the good work i admit i was very _itchy yesterday haa |

also you know that the diet coke has caffeine so you cant count that as fluids. It actually takes 8 oz of water to replace the 10 oz diet coke that stuff is a diaretic and pulls fluid from your body so you gotta recount your fluids and same with coffee that doesnt count

No I didn't know that it didn't count, and I didn't know that it takes 8 oz of water to replace the diet coke. I did know that Diet Coke and Coffee are both diaretics. We just switched to 1/2 caf coffee the begining of the week. I'm going to try to give them both up in the near future. Considering that I only drank coffee and diet coke it's no wonder I was always running dehydrated.
I do have to appoligize too, I ate a thing of oatmeal this morning, my tummy was really bothering me. So.. I guess I'm not doing so good on the two days of liquids. Maybe we can try it again in the near future. Hope things are going well for you today. |
