I have a quick question...... I had surgey on the 17th and I was just wondering what happens if I don't eat all my protein in the day? Cause ya know those protein shakes are just yucky!

A new beginning

I guess one could say that this is the beginning of a new ME!!! I am scheduled for surgery on October 3, 2007 and am getting more excited about it each day. Finally I have found a tool that I can use that will help me get through the rough spots of any diet.

I am 52, and have been over weight for most of my adult life. But since a Hysterectomy in 2002 have had nothing but trouble to maintain even 230...and over 5 years bloomed to 302 in March of this year.

Hi: my name is katy and i am 27 years old. I have struggled with my weight since i was 14. I am very active and i eat right but the weight doesnt come off. Day before surgery and Day of!!

Wow, what a day. Originally, I had plans for a quiet day filled with family time, laundry, packing, and some light cleaning. Well, it turned out that I had all that...just multipled by a thousand and subtract "quiet". My mom told me two days ago that we were going to co-host a birthday party for my aunt. When I expressed my reservations about that, she replied, "your aunt has never had a birthday party before." How can I say "no" to that?
