I am so glad I finally got the nerve to have this surgery. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner.

I am glad I had this surgery. I have to admit that I was lax when it came to exercising. I did walk but didn't do the weights, and other things I should have done. I probably would have lost more weight if I did. Now that my "honeymoon" is over I have to concentrate on working harder if I want to lose more.
