It's official -- I'm no longer OBESE!!!

What a milestone. Today I weighed in at 196, went and checked my BMI and WOO HOO! I'm officially in the "overweight" category now. Who would've thought that I'd be so happy to be called overweight, LOL! I really, seriously hate the word "obese." Ugh. And now, I'm no longer...that word. Now THAT is a WOW moment!

I'm so grateful every day for this surgery. It almost scares me to think about...

It has been over a week now with no weight loss. A few months ago, I was stalling all the time, then I managed to wrestle my calories back under control and started a new period of steady losing. Now, I've just had my period, so a short stall was expected, but now that "short stall" is stretching out. Not only that, but I am over my period now but this morning the scale was UP yet another pound! This should NOT be possible with the amount of calories I'm eating (1000-1200) compared...
