Speedy!

Posted 06-07-2008 at 06:05 PM by Nyn
Another WOW moment has been happening to me at the gym in the last few weeks. I used to do the elliptical for around 45 minutes at a speed of 120 strides per minute. I decided to ramp it up to 130 spm and that went really well. Then last week I looked down and realized that I was really doing 140 spm without even realizing it and only feeling a bit more effort to do it. Wow! Take 151 pounds off a gal's body and hey, look at the increased mobility. Today I did the entire workout at 138-144 strides per minute and it felt like the perfect workout. I'm burning more calories now, too. Bonus! Can't believe how fast I can move now!
