Yet another sleep study

I had a sleep study done May 13, the doctor called and said they want to do another one, this time with a C-pap machine. I go in on May 25 for that.

To me, the sleep study has been the one hoop that has been the most difficult. May be it is simply because I'm out of a comfort zone, having to sleep with "people" watching, hooked up to all those wires and such.

Oh well, I think of this as a journey and a journey begins with a step and continues on, step by step. This is just another step.
