I had my gbp yeah. apr 2, doing wonderful right now

I did it and now doing very good , getting all my protein in since I got home and loveing popcycles......I am one week in today my best day , I really had a bad time after getting home, was in pain but managing , but when I got up the next day ,, well I could not get up, my overcompensating trying to use my back .. uhh my bad back it went out, I mean no moving at all , I fell to the floor and that is it. I was down and out for four days , had to get my Dr. to get me my back meds , I thought I was goona die..and my poor husband was panicing .. he has been a trooper, he is even giving me shots everyday ,, which I had no Idea I was gonna do... they left that one out when I went to all the meetings.. and boy ws my Dr. mad... not at me though..anyway I will get to this more later I am getting sore here so gotta go lay down...
