Oh MY ,, I have come so far and I am gonna do it this time.....

Sometimes I can not belive I have come this far in so little time, I had surgery just almost 3 mo. ago and I am on the downside looking up, and holding my head up so I can be seen instead of hiding behind my fat cloths and other people, I feel very good right now , I had a few weeks bad time with bladder infections ,on and off but now got to remember when you have this gbs you have to take antibiotics for 2 wks or so to get over infections so if you read this and have been doing the same thing tell your per. phy and inform him or her about malaborbsion ... if you do not remember like I did , expect alot of pain, anyway I started out at around 250 at the first of this year and at 222 on surgery day, and 200 on my first mo. check up then from then on I have been on my own til July 14, I weigh listen to this ... I weigh today 172 lbs. I have not seen that since the early 80s.. I can wear size 14 and some of those are too big... I am going to be sharpe for the holidays this year, and I will not miss eating anything I can not or should not eat, I will be on my own and eat only good things , I am very proud of myself for keeping in line and making good choices, it has not been hard at all. I will never regret doing this for myself, I know I am worth it all and all I have done is for me . to live a good quallity life and be with my family , I will enjoy the rest of it just thinner and healther, and no burdon for anyone...
