70 pounds at 4 months out!!

Hello all!! Just wanted to update you all and let you know that the weight that was coming off slow just melted out of nowhere!! I am now 4 months post-op and on my 4 month anniversary I had lost exactly 70 pounds! So excited!!

It hasn't come with out problems though! I have had some really bad issues with eating.....or not being able to eat I should say! I am also starting to notice some of my hair falling out as well.

I guess the bad has to balance out the good. I so appreciate the advice from everyone on the blog site!!

	CONGRATS!!! As for the hair loss, I have an aunt who owns a salon and she started me on a cinamon and rosmary based shampoo. It suppose to help massage your scalp and help with hair loss... Not too sure if it would work, but it's definately worth trying. Best wishes

	my surgeon's office recommended getting the vitamin suppliment Biotin. i found it at wal-mart & it wasn't expensive.
