Maintainance

I understand the math, calories in - calories out. To maintain 120-130 lb the calorie intake is 1,600 - 1,700 calories/day. So the Doctor's saying 1,500 - 1,800 is not far off. For me, I will aim for 1,500 -1,700 avg/day. The math I know, it's the mental...

6 month check up today

And now nearly 90 pounds later, I am in awe!! Just in the last month or so, I am feeling lighter, happier even a little bit...

Well I made it, 3 flights, 9 hours flying time and I made to California. It's funny, it does not seem like just over 2 years since I was here last. It feels pretty comfortable.

My sister had to go to a conference this morning so I have my niece and she's napping so I have some quiet time. It's beautiful here, sunny warm and awesome blue skys and mountains. I am a displaced California, stuck in Upstate New York. I really do love it here.

Flying was interesting, I was...
