42pounds down, and feeling fantastic about my accomplishments so far. But then you sweep in and try to steal my thunder. Telling me it is because of you that i have made it this far. Well take a guess what, you havent played a role in any of this except for making it more difficult by upsetting me constantly. I had to manage on my own. The success i have made is my success, and i have made it happen, not you. I have worked my butt of for every pound, not you! Never again will i you give the power to make me feel worthless! It is now my time to shine and be happy. This is my dream, i will reach my goal and you cant do anything about it. It has become time to live for me, time to reclaim my life. And if you cant handle that, get out of the picture.

Day 2,finally over Posted 09-09-2008 at 04:07 PM by Liezl So its the end of day 2 of the new healthy eating program. Was a bumpy road day, so glad it is over. The headaches are the worst, missing my coffee and hating the "only 8 sigarettes a day" rule i created for myself. Had such a bad cravings for bread and sweets this afternoon. Almost couldn't handle it but kept myself busy untill it passed. Also created a new group, so when that cravings come i have my weapon. Looking forward to making some new friends here.
