post-op goals

i know already that this is going to be a much more concrete list than my pre-op goals.
~DO NOT allow fear to hold me back!
~follow diet plan given to me.
~get family on healthy eating plan...it's not a diet, it IS a LIFESTYLE CHANGE!!
~walk as much as possible til healed.
~once healed, begin first day to 5k program.
~once completed, begin gateway to 8k.
~once completed, begin freeway to 10k.
~weight training at least twice a week.
~take all vitamins and supplements needed every day.
~goal weight #1: get to other side of 250.
~goal weight #2: get below 230.
~goal weight #3: get into onederland!
~goal weight #4: get to 180/75 (high school).
~goal weight #5: 159 aka NORMAL BMI.
~goal weight #6: dare to dream...150?
~get the FAMILY more active TOGETHER!
*bike riding
*rollerblading
*hiking
*swimming
*going for walks
*trampoline
