Had a great appointment with my nutritionist

As we all know I am still pre op.But I am losing like I am post op.I am doing so well and I think my dietition was truly impressed with me today.It made me feel really good! YAY!

	Kelly...you can do it! Lose that pesky 20 lbs and you'll be on your way to a new life! I for one have been amazed at the differences in my outlook towards life since surgery!

	I actually finished losing the weight I needed to for my surgery.Now I am just in limbo until my thyroid evens out.I am just losing on my own until then.I have lost a total of 32 pounds already!
