I don't think I ever realized how much weight impacted my general outlook in life. Having lost 100 pounds in a little over 8 months, the physical changes are certainly huge, but the emotional ones are probably just as big. My confidence level is so much higher. I'm so much happier in general.

I have been so excited about losing weight. I finally felt that I was ready to date again. So, I joined eHarmony and have been meeting eligible men. Well, it finally happened to me. I've been expecting to plateau for a couple of weeks now, and it happened this week. I know I need to get in some real exercise, so that's what I'm going to do. I have two dogs who desperately need to be walked, so I have two incentives for getting off my duff.

The weather was lovely today. I decided to run an evening errand.
